Whether you prefer a professional to do the installation or you are a do-it-yourselfer, ClicktoSave has everything you need to get your project done right, at a fraction of the cost.

To keep prices down, the ClicktoSave process requires that customers arrange for their own product installation. This can be accomplished by using an installer you already know, finding an installer using online resources, or installing the product yourself.

Professional Installation

Many people prefer to use a professional installer, to ensure that the project gets done properly and quickly. By arranging for and overseeing your own installation, ClicktoSave will be able to give you the lowest possible price on your flooring. 

You will work directly with the installer to arrange all scheduling, measuring, payments, etc. You can expect that your professional installer will also include pickup and delivery of the flooring materials from our warehouse to your home in his quoted price.

DIY Installation

Some people prefer to do the installation themselves (Do It Yourself, or DIY). Below are some helpful resources for completing a variety of flooring-related projects on your own. These links provide helpful information, but, as with any DIY project, they are not a guarantee of outcome.

Pickup

If you are installing the floor covering yourself, you can pick up your materials at a local warehouse, after your order has been completed. Often orders can be processed and picked up within the same day of placing the order. You will receive the address of the closest warehouse as you are completing your order on the checkout screen.

Delivery

If you are installing the flooring yourself and have no way to transport the product from the warehouse to your home, there are delivery companies who will contract to do that for you. Here are a few local options. There are also many national companies that specialize in moving and delivery, as additional options.

We accept the following payment methods:


Canceling Orders– In the case of order cancellation before shipping or pickup, the customer will be responsible for restocking fees of xx%. 

Return Policy - ClicktoSave provides flooring at the absolute lowest possible cost to the consumer, which means you do not pay overhead and management costs typically included in a full-service flooring store. Because of this, we must strictly enforce a “No Returns” policy. You take responsibility for the product and amounts that you purchase. 

Delivery of Incorrect Product - In the event that you believe you received the incorrect product or quantity, do not install and contact ClicktoSave within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an RMA number and return voucher. CTS will verify your claim and then you will be provided with a Bill of Lading for return. Photos may be required, and you must keep the original delivery documentation and packaging. If you picked up the materials from the warehouse, you are responsible for returning them with the RMA number and return voucher. If the erroneous product was delivered by us, CTS will arrange for pickup.

Damage Claims – ClicktoSave makes great effort to ensure all orders are treated with care. In the event you experience an issue and believe you received damaged or defective product, you must file a claim within 48 hours of receiving product and before installation. Please note that color variations are standard in flooring and are not a valid reason to file a claim. Secondly, industry standards for natural materials (wood, stone, etc.) allow for variations on color and up to 5% ‘defect’ in manufacturing and grading standards. Any objections and concerns must exceed 5% of the total order and must be made before installation of material. 

If you believe that you have received damaged products, take photos of the damage, and file a Claim by clicking here. Once ClicktoSave has accepted the claim and sent you a return voucher with an RMA number, you can either return it to the warehouse where you picked up the product, or you can arrange for pickup (if CTS delivered.) You are responsible for any freight charges.

Unauthorized Returns

Any product returned to CTS without a valid RMA number and claim voucher will be deemed an unauthorized return and will be refused. No refunds will be made.

Installation Claims

In order to sell product at the lowest possible price, CTS does not provide installation. ClicktoSave is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the installation process. You must take that up with your installer directly.

Warranty

CTS products are first quality and carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
