If you received the wrong product, or there is an obvious defect in the product that was not visible during pickup, you may submit a claim. Please supply the following information, along with applicable pictures, and ClicktoSave will respond to your request. Do not take the product back to the distribution center as they are not authorized to accept any products without a valid RMA certificate.
