Returns & Claims

Canceling Orders– In the case of order cancellation before shipping or pickup, the customer will be responsible for restocking fees of xx%. 

Return Policy - ClicktoSave provides flooring at the absolute lowest possible cost to the consumer, which means you do not pay overhead and management costs typically included in a full-service flooring store. Because of this, we must strictly enforce a “No Returns” policy. You take responsibility for the product and amounts that you purchase. 

Delivery of Incorrect Product - In the event that you believe you received the incorrect product or quantity, do not install and contact ClicktoSave within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an RMA number and return voucher. CTS will verify your claim and then you will be provided with a Bill of Lading for return. Photos may be required, and you must keep the original delivery documentation and packaging. If you picked up the materials from the warehouse, you are responsible for returning them with the RMA number and return voucher. If the erroneous product was delivered by us, CTS will arrange for pickup.

Damage Claims – ClicktoSave makes great effort to ensure all orders are treated with care. In the event you experience an issue and believe you received damaged or defective product, you must file a claim within 48 hours of receiving product and before installation. Please note that color variations are standard in flooring and are not a valid reason to file a claim. Secondly, industry standards for natural materials (wood, stone, etc.) allow for variations on color and up to 5% ‘defect’ in manufacturing and grading standards. Any objections and concerns must exceed 5% of the total order and must be made before installation of material. 

If you believe that you have received damaged products, take photos of the damage, and file a Claim by clicking here. Once ClicktoSave has accepted the claim and sent you a return voucher with an RMA number, you can either return it to the warehouse where you picked up the product, or you can arrange for pickup (if CTS delivered.) You are responsible for any freight charges.

Unauthorized Returns

Any product returned to CTS without a valid RMA number and claim voucher will be deemed an unauthorized return and will be refused. No refunds will be made.

Installation Claims

In order to sell product at the lowest possible price, CTS does not provide installation. ClicktoSave is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the installation process. You must take that up with your installer directly.

Warranty

CTS products are first quality and carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
